Excerpt from Tale 1: "Romeo and Juliet"

Juliet's eyelids fluttered. She awoke and focused on the friar. Soon she came out of her fog and understood where she was.

"Juliet, my dear," said the friar, "I am so sorry."

Juliet's eyes found Romeo. She jumped off the funeral bench to Romeo's side. Noting the empty vial, she guessed he had poisoned himself.

Review: Book Report

Teachers will find this collection helpful for readers that are struggling with English or reading in general. "Romeo and Juliet," "Much Ado about Nothing," "Macbeth," and "The Tempest" introduce Shakespeare to readers in middle school. The cover, showing teen-age lovers Romeo and Juliet, will appeal to the intended audience.
